Finney's Crafthouse - Burbank

LOCATION: is good but you can always find parking you just have to circle around the shopping area to find one SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE: we sat at the bar and AMAZING SERVICE THE BARTENDERS ALL FEMALES WERE JUST GREAT!!! Great service The food came out fairly quickly and didn't feel like a long wait. fast service and always asking you if you are okay or need anything else The front desk wasn't as hospitable as I thought, but overall great customer experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was great. I have food allergies and they were able to accommodate me without issue. Our server, a young woman originally from Louisiana, was friendly, funny, and attentive. The indoor/outdoor vibe was spot on for a beautiful day. The food itself was very good and just the right amount. The beer selection was varied to fit most tastes. The prices for both were in line with a mid-range restaurant in Burbank. Being in downtown Burbank, parking was challenging for us. Even with a handicapped card I had to park over two blocks away. That was not fun but it was the same for all restaurants and shops in the area and not just Finney's - something to be aware of if you're going downtown. I would gladly return when I'm in the area again.

Full Disclosure: The night we went the bar flooded and was closed!!! Such a bummer because I was looking forward to a cold one. Anyway, the host did inform us of that prior to sitting down and we opted to stay for dinner. The staff was friendly, courteous and our food was delivered fast, fresh and delicious. We started with the deviled eggs which were scrumptious and the tuna tacos. I had the jalapeño burger and was able to substitute the patty for an impossible burger which was fantastic. My only concern was the lack of hotness of my french fries. I'm a french fry lover and they gotta be fresh and hot man! Regardless, the onion rings were amazing and our overall experience (sans any booze) was on point. I like the fact that they have allot of staff who are always busy whether you are their customer of not. In other words, they ALL take care of you in some form or another. Great place and will visit again and hopefully will be able to try some cold brews next time. Thank you. Oh! And the bathrooms were super clean.

Great place for a drink after the movie—that’s what we did. The guys loved the craft beer; the cocktails were okay. It was too loud to sit inside, but the patio was much better!

This place has a great happy hour Mon-Fri from 3 to 5pm. They serve a variety of craft beers and have many typical pub dishes such as burgers, chicken tenders, sliders as well as a good choice of salads and sides. Definitely a good place to watch a game, they have many tvs around the restaurant. The service was friendly and the food arrive fairly quickly. They also have a "phablet" on the table for customers to play games on while they wait (i imagine that could work well for some kids!)

I have wanted to check this place out for a while - great spot to stop by after catching a movie. Nice atmosphere, chill vibe, friendly service, and really tasty food. TVs at the bar and good amount of seating. I tried 2 things but I will definitely be back because the Buffalo cauliflower was too delicious. The truffle burger was also worth coming back for. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was on point. You pay through a device on your table. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Update - Strawberry Lemon Drop Martini was nice. I appreciate that they use real juices and not artificial flavors. It was not sweet at all - I don’t like sweet cocktails - but I did wish it had a little more sweetness. The chicken and waffle bites were tasty. Perfectly fried chicken, nicely seasoned… Crispy, buttery waffles with a maple “gravy”. The portions were larger than expected. They are called “bites” but it is a good size appetizer. They will even add an extra if you don’t like odd numbers. Ha. Sat outside this time - nice music and nice vibe.
